Job Description:

Scope: Accomplishing business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans; forecasting sales & revenue targets, implementing sales plans for the specified region
 
Personal Attributes:

Exceptional communication skills and have an ability to develop business plan for the Company in the region and successful implementation of the plan to meet the target.
 
He should have his own accommodation in Lucknow. He must have an experience of Sales in U.P. & preferably in nearby states and in Nepal. He should assure that the company achieves strategic and planned goals covering Nepal, U.P., Bihar. Job involves extensive travelling in all these regions.

Responsibilities:

Will be responsible for managing the sales of all BITZER products in the regions of Nepal, U.P., Bihar.
  • Expand the existing base of customers by identifying & developing new OEM’s across the region, Increasing OEM base & developing Contractors in the region.
  • Will be responsible for developing Freon & Ammonia business in the region and achievement of targets given by Management
  • Promotion of BITZER After Sales & Services, Spare parts & Oil
  • To appoint & manage the distributors in the specified region.
  • Will be actively involved for sales in Project jobs for our Factory build Freon racks/ units/ compressors in this market
  • Will have to Contribute towards Competition Analysis, Market research and business intelligence with latest developments in the industry
  • To support OEMs and end customers in Sales & Integration of BITZER Compressors & accessories in their systems
  • Management of the consultants who drive the technology trends in Refrigeration industry.
  • Well versed with Project Heat Load Calculations.
  • Managing the operations of Lucknow Office
 
 

Job Requirements:

Knowledge & Abilities: 
  • Knowledgeable & experience in the B2B Sales & Customer relationship management
  • Well versed with the principles of sales & marketing management
  • Capacity to work independently
  • Passion and Competitive spirit
  • Must be skilled in effectively managing work priorities in cost effective way in allocated resources. 
  • Assessing and prioritizing multiple tasks, projects and demands; analysing complex issues and making logical recommendations based on findings.
  • Reading, understanding, interpreting and applying relevant statutes, rules, ordinances, codes and regulations as applicable in the Region of business operation.
  • Reading and interpreting engineering and technical specifications, compiling sales and engineering data.
  • Establishing and maintaining cooperative and collaborative working relationships; Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentation skills.
