Job Description:

  • 1. Responsible to manage Payroll of 100 employees & compliance for the group company.

    2. Managing timely & accurate processing of payroll.

    3. Validation of payroll reports and reconciliations to ensure accuracy

    4. Management of full and final settlement process. Adherence to defined TAT & process

    5. Employee query management as per defined TAT

    6. Identify opportunities to reduce employee query volume - communication and training

    7. Monitor and drive timely & accurate statutory remittances and filing

    8. Management of all registers/forms as required by the various labor laws  

    9. Record/document management for all compliance requirements attached with payroll(Provident Fund, Income Tax, Employee State Insurance and Professional Tax) and monthly reporting

    10. Manage all aspects of Payroll communication to internal stakeholders/ employees/ etc. as required

    11. Ability to generate analytics distribute a variety of reports and statistical summaries regarding employee pay data & related information, process performance, etc.

    12. Proactively seek reports from vendors and analyze to identify opportunities and improve overall service offering to employees

    13. Efficient vendor management to drive performance. Regular connects with vendor, issue reporting, resolution and follow up

    14. Coordination with vendors & finance team to ensure timely payment of all invoices

Job Requirements:

  • BCom/BA with 2 to 5 years of experience in payroll processing on Payroll Software such as Spine Payroll. Knowledge of Compliance and Taxation will be an asset.
