Job Purpose: We are in need of good candidates for Business Analyst position who can bridge the gap between the technical team and clients and also manage the work flow accordingly. 

Responsibilities: 

• Understand the requirements of the clients and explain to the team.
• Understand clients’ point of view and convince client for technical limitations if there any.
• Prepare the technical flow of project and guide the client and team accordingly.
• If required, prepare requirement documents using Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel).
• To communicate within the development team.
• Organize and write supporting documents for the project. 

Skills Required: 
 

• Communicate with clients through call/emails/Skype or through any other medium and finalize the scope of the project.

• Experience in wireframe, Website flow creation, Documentation, FRD and Flow charts creation.
• Team management and Tasks allocation.
• Proposal creation and negotiation with clients.
• Excellent Communication Skills in English Language
• Expert planning and project monitoring skills
• Outstanding listening and questioning skills.
• Should be able to work within tight Deadlines.
• Good knowledge of UX/UI
• PHP, Wordpress, MYSQL (Basic knowledge)
• Experience working with senior decision makers
• Should be proactive in order to make the project a success.
• Should have the ability to prioritize the tasks and workload.

Other Requirements:

Qualification: Any IT Graduate
Exprience: 1-3 Years
