Job Description:

Running (Continuous Internship Program for MBA (HR) / HR Students

We are happy to launch our Summer Training / Internship Program for MBA (HR)/ HR Students on a “Work From Home” basis.

It’s your chance to bring what you’ve learned in your MBA / HR Curriculum studies to a real-life work situation, playing a part in the development of our Jobs, Careers, Training and Conferencing / Webinar Websites, Training Programmes  and Virtual CHRO practices. In addition the interns may have a chance of working on our virtual co-working platform, being launched shortly. 

The team you join will trust you to complete tasks and they’ll provide you with opportunities to use your analytical skills, creativity, and initiative.

Date of Commencement

These are running internships and may start anytime or batchwise every Monday. 

A minimum of 4 weeks of concerted training will qualify for an Internship Certificate. A Certificate of Commendation will be issued to students continuing for the full 8 weeks duration of the program with full sincerity and making superlative contribution to the projects assigned. 

Study Projects   

The following (indicative) study projects are available :
1. Comparative Study of Employer Branding of Fortune 100 companies. 

Selection Process & Requirements

We have largely built our selection process into the application process – so please read the terms carefully and complete the application process by applying for the position. The application details should be complete in all respects. We believe that diligence is essential for career success and the quality of application reflects that well. If you are meticulous and diligent, you are welcome on board immediately !

To be clear, we are offering opportunity to  MBA (HR) and other HR students to learn on live digital projects through the process of learn by doing.

The essential requirements for qualifying for our Internship program – in order of importance – are :

  1. Excellent communication and language skills – Reading & Writing.
  2. An aptitude for social media – must have active Facebook and  LinkedIn Profiles.
  3. Diligent, methodical, committed and persevering.
  4. Elementary skills in Photoshop and Powerpoint and Excel are essential.

Students who get across our application process are welcome to join our internship program. We have enough creative, interesting work for all and will not disappoint any deserving student.

If required, we may interview you over Zoom just to introduce the people you will be working with. 

What’s in it for you ?

The Internship Program will be based on learning by doing projects.  There will be targets to be achieved – not to judge you but to challenge you to learn and gain insights.

  • Every week min 1 contact session with experts over Zoom.
  • Work and progress assessment every week.
  • Career counseling and mentoring session at the end of the program.

Stipend : Sorry, we are not offering any stipend.

You’ll gain work experience, of course, and you’ll:
