Job Description:

Responsibilities
 
  • Implementing people strategy for all business functions and verticals
  • Build successful relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Drive talent acquisition with strict adherence to set recruitment processes
  • Manage recruitment costs by adopting right talent and sourcing channels
  • Conducting employee orientation, induction and facilitating newcomers joining formalities
  • Provide advice and support on disciplinary and grievance matters as appropriate and application of people policies (e.g. disciplinary, grievance, attendance etc.)
  • Assist in the performance management reviews across each department and implement agreed action plans as required
  • Collaborate with the functional/departmental HODs to ensure effective training and development plans in place for individuals and teams

Job Requirements:

  • Proactive, driven, independent,
  • Should be flexible and at ease in interacting with senior leadership
  • Have a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and language skills.
  • Hands - on process manager and process driven. 
  • Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and new challenges
  • Build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Any graduate/MBA in HR
