Job Description:

  1. To diversify the client base
  2. To provide the operations team with a steady a pipeline of recruitment projects
Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Identify, negotiate and manage strategic relationships with potential clients Prepare business presentations, proposals and showcase company capabilities to prospective clients and their HR teams.
  2.  Achieve annual business income targets, as established during the budgeting process;
  3. Regular liasioning with Director level executives to develop and promote Corporate Galaxy brand name
  4. Negotiations and agreement signups

Job Requirements:

  • Engaging with customers at CXO level .
  • Generate new business by hunting for new accounts in the large /Mid-size /SME accounts.
  • Adhere to defined sales processes and maintain/grow the funnel as per organizational growth plans.
  • Champion the customers cause internally with various teams to ensure quality solution, timely delivery, top-class support.
  • Escalate customer issues, process anomalies and pain points in a timely manner to seniors 
  • Report sales data, competition information
