Job Description:

The National Head of Sales/Business Development shall be required to lead and manage the sales and business development functions of the company for its Water Treatment Plants and Products division. 
The incumbent shall be responsible for :
  1. Product and project sales, sales planning and new client identification for Water Treatment Plant and Products in the country.
  2. Team Handling
  3. New Product launches.
  4. Capability to setup and manage new distribution network
  5. Capability to handle active distributors.
  6. Understand competitor products available in market, competitors schemes, promotional activities etc, convey the required information to the management regarding new products that can be started to improve presence in construction chemicals field.
  7. Specifications Preparation, sampling of new products to end consumers, must have good knowledge of product application on construction sites.
  8. Organizing seminar and meets for construction chemicals to Builders, water proofing contractors & architects.
  9. Should have good contacts in the industry. 

Job Requirements:

  1. Researching and evaluating current and upcoming business opportunities and proposing suitable opportunities in the areas pertaining to EPC of Water Treatment Industry.
  2. Develop and nurture professional and personal relationships with key resource and touch points across assigned client base: engagement to facilitate and ensure client satisfaction, business retention and opportunity development 
  3. Continuously work on developing new clients as per the targets set via client engagement tactics consistently strive to create top-of-mind awareness and identity for the brand. 
  4. Responsible for generating inquiries, negotiations, attaining sales. 
  5. Opportunity Identification & Evaluation, tie-up with suitable developers, operators and investors in the areas of residential, commercial water treatment industry. 
  6. Review & interpret market/competitor's scenario to fine tune company's sales and marketing strategies. 
  7. Market research, process development for business development, client Interactions on RFP / RFQ 
  8. Pre-Tender Coordination, preparing tender snapshots including Scope, schedule, terms & Conditions, Criteria Assessment, Competition, Risk Assessment which will help us in generating new acquisition/ business.
