Job Description:

The Head of Sales/Business Development shall be required to lead and manage the sales and business development functions of the company for its construction chemical and adhesives division. 
The incumbent shall be responsible for :
  1. Product sales, Sales planning and new Client identification for construction chemicals in the territory.
  2. Team Handling
  3. New Product launching.
  4. Capability to setup new distribution network
  5. Capability to handle active distributors.
  6. Understand competitor products available in market, competitors schemes, promotional activities etc, convey the required information to the management regarding new products that can be started to improve presence in construction chemicals field.
  7. Specifications Preparation, sampling of new products to end consumers, must have good knowledge of product application on construction sites.
  8. New application identification, introduction of new techniques that can be used for water proofing or construction repairs.
  9. Organizing seminar and meets for construction chemicals to Builders, water proofing contractors & architects.
  10. Should have good contacts with Architects, Builders and water proofing contractors
