Job Description:

  • Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of the sales team to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting team targets while training them for professional developments.
  • Preparing budgets, analyzing financial statements and resolving accounting issues as they relate to property operations and reporting requirements.
  • Acting as a key liaison and coordinating activities with Marketing, Legal, Architect, Engineering Department & IT
  • Conducting meetings for setting up sales objectives and designing / streamlining processes to ensure smooth functioning of sales operations
  • Making fact-based decisions regarding marketing strategy to design effective and cost-efficient implementation programs based on customer analysis, competitive analysis and industry trends
  • Mapping customer requirements and implementing strategies to achieve client satisfaction while tracking marketdynamics and initiating reinforcements to neutralize competitors' moves.
  • Monitoring the process of agreement, allotments, NOC as & when required while resolving all grievances related to existing residential projects.
  • Participating & managing the exhibitions & other promotional events in coordination with marketing team.
  • Leading techno-commercial discussions & negotiations till deal closure while developing trust in brand name and ensuring total client satisfaction.
  • Conducting detailed market surveys, analyzing latest market trends, identifying operational / management problems and recommending appropriate solutions
  • Following up with customers and providing complete assistance until completion of agreements and registration formalities; also managing receivable collections from existing customers.
  • Reviewing internal reports & MIS with key data on number of properties sold, revenue generated, prospects in pipeline, outstanding receivables from financial institutions and submitting the same to the senior management while updating them on Project Developments, Marketing Budget, Sales Projections and Achievements.
  • Establishing healthy business relations with clients & external associates for securing repeat business and long term customer loyalty.
