Job Description:

This role will be accountable to develop, implement and execute go to business development strategy for the company. Achieve the sales targets of the vertical;  

To create new client base for EPC Projects 
To generate, develop and maintain commercial links both with clients and suppliers 
To carry out full market prospection - clients, suppliers, competitors and products 

Job Requirements:

​Roles & Responsibilities :
  1. Researching and evaluating current and upcoming business opportunities and proposing suitable opportunities in the areas pertaining to EPC of Warehousing Industry.
  2. Develop and nurture professional and personal relationships with key resource and touch points across assigned client base: engagement to facilitate and ensure client satisfaction, business retention and opportunity development 
  3. Continuously work on developing new clients as per the targets set via client engagement tactics consistently strive to create top-of-mind awareness and identity for the brand 
  4. Responsible for generating inquiries, negotiations, attaining sales and channelizing investments in the sectors like Warehousing & Industrial Park. 
  5. Opportunity Identification & Evaluation, tie-up with suitable developers, operators and investors in the areas of residential, commercial, contract logistics industry. 
  6. Review & interpret market/competitor's scenario to fine tune company's sales and marketing strategies. 
  7. Market research, process development for business development, client Interactions on RFP / RFQ 
  8. Pre-Tender Coordination, preparing tender snapshots including Scope, schedule, terms & Conditions, Criteria Assessment, Competition, Risk Assessment which will help us in generating new acquisition/ business.
