Job Description:

  • Play a pivotal role in designing, executing, and refining the recruitment strategies for our front office and enterprise technology groups
  • Recruit world-class talent in technology from market
  • Drive and enhance various recruitment programs for our global operations while streamlining the existing processes
  • Engage with leading technology campuses in India while working closely with key stakeholders to attract and engage the right talent
  • Lead initiatives to utilize non-traditional forms of recruitment, branding, and marketing, while championing recruitment best practices within the team
  • Analyze and forecast the budget and trends for the upcoming year
  • Manage relationship with internal/ external customers such as candidates, hiring managers, partners etc.
  • Proactively identify, manage, and escalation issues in accordance to the conduct risk and deliver key customer outcomes
  • Work with strategic talent and positions to create and maintain a good organization culture.
 

Job Requirements:

Skills and Qualification required:
  • MBA in HR From a Tier 1 or 2 Institute with 5-8 years of  experience in Business Partnering
  • Experience of Talent Planning with a Trading, Broking, Wealth Management or Software setup
  • Demonstrable experience with HR Metrics and Analytics
  • Knowledge of HR Systems and Database
  • Experience in Talent Management, Succession Planning and Tech Recruitment
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Attention to detail
