
The Guest Relations Executive focuses on customer service and coordinates with other members of the Sales and CRM teams to ensure that customers are attended to promptly. She is responsive to situations and activities that take place at the lobby and front desks of the sales offices at the project sites and at HO.
Summary of Responsibilities:The main responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Be part of the Front Office areas such as Front Desk and Reception of the Sales Offices at the Project Sites and HO.
- Assist customers with their queries and tours of the property.
- Give a warm welcome to customers on arrival and register them as well as coordinating with the sales executives on duty.
- Be efficient in assisting customers throughout visit to the Sales Offices and take note of their requirements, handle their feedback, provide directions and extend courtesies.
- Answering phone calls.
- Meet, greet, receive customers and other visitors.
- Attend daily briefings and relevant departmental and interdepartmental meetings.
- Ensure the safety, security and general housekeeping and upkeep of the Sales Offices as per the standards.
- Comply with the company and department policies and procedures at all times.
- Maintain the privacy of all customers by ensuring that no details of the customers are disclosed to anybody.
